I saw no copyrighting.. unless taking flappy bird and Mario away from the original creators is tha, besides that I saw nothing else. Was just extremely annoying the last minute, since nothing happened in the video.

Game was actually extremely hard.. And most of the pictures were not original content, it looks like the author jut google searched them and added them in.
